Bu derste Kriz Yönetimi kavramları ve yöntemlerine ilişkin kavramsal tartışmalar ekseninde Türkiye’nin dış politika tarihindeki örnek krizler ele alınarak incelenecektir. Bu çerçevede dış politika karar alma süreçleri, kurumsal işbirliği süreçleri irdelenerek kuvvet kullanma tehdidinden yararlanılarak çözülen krizler zorlayıcı diplomasi stratejisi ile açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır.

Kriz Yönetimi, Zorlayıcı Diplomasi stratejisi kavramlarından yararlanarak Türkiye’de dış politika karar alma sürecini örnekler üzerinden analiz etmek

Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler Anabilim Dalı öğrencilerine Türkiye’de dış politika krizlerinde nasıl bir karar alma ve uygulama sürecinin işlediği hakkında bilgi vererek dış politika tarihi içerisinde yaşanmış olan krizlere analitik bir yaklaşımla bakabilme becerisi kazandırmak.

Genel Açıklama:

 

Seminer ödevleri ders kayıtlı öğrencilerin kendi ilgi ve beklentilerine uygun olarak yapacakları öneriler çerçevesinde ilk haftalarda şekillenir. Okuma ve tartışma süreçleri sırasında hazırlanan taslak ödevler ders yürütücüsüne teslim edilerek değerlendirilmesi sağlanır, düzeltme önerileriyle şekillenen metin ilgili öğrenci tarafından sunularak tartışmaya açılır. Eleştirilen ve tartışılan metin akademik yazım usullerine uyun olarak hazırlandıktan sonra nihai değerlendirmesi ve başarı ölçümü için ders yürütücüsüne teslim edilir. 

Derslere düzenli devam edilmesi hem tartışmalar hem de hazırlanacak metinler açısından önemlidir.
